HANDYS.now (“we,” “us,” or “HANDYS”) connects clients with independent handyman professionals. Our handymen are carefully vetted and hand-selected. All work is performed by these independent handymen. HANDYS.now does not perform handyman services itself.

Independent Contractors

No Contract with HANDYS.now

Any agreement for services is formed directly between you and the handyman. HANDYS.now is not a party to that agreement.

Payment Facilitation

We may process your payment as a convenience. The transaction is between you and the handyman.

Insurance

Our handymen carry their own insurance. HANDYS.now does not provide or assume responsibility for their insurance coverage.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

HANDYS.now makes no warranties about the handymen or their work. All services are provided “AS IS.” HANDYS.now disclaims all liability for any acts, omissions, or performance by any handyman.

Release and Indemnification

You release and hold harmless HANDYS.now from all claims related to the handymen’s services. You agree to indemnify HANDYS.now against any related claims or costs (including attorneys’ fees).

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the referral fee we received for the transaction.

Governing Law

Florida law, Sarasota County courts.
